RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to 14 days from the date you receive it!
You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received.
Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.
SHIPPING INFO
Our standard shipping has a transit time (for the UK) of 2-5 days and we aim to dispatch all received orders in less than 1 working day since the orden confirmation email is sent, with more than 90% of our standard orders being shipped in this timeframe (except during exceptional times as could be Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and big releases).
We use multiple trusted courier partners in the UK (Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and more) and we cannot guaranteed which service your order will be shipped with but we always use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items you have ordered.
